The Home Owners Committee (HOC)

This group consists of up to 7 elected members whose prime responsibility is to maintain a close working relationship with the Park Owners, their local on-site Managers, and Residents.

The elected committee is simply the management group of the Association, whose role is to ensure that any issues or concerns relating to the Resort are handled in a professional and businesslike manner.

A secondary, but no less important role, is to facilitate the formation and oversight of Interest/Activity Groups & to cater for social functions, events, and activities.

Their goal is to enable residents to have the opportunity to participate in a vibrant, active, enjoyable, and productive lifestyle.
