Incorporation Explained

Our Association is an Incorporated entity and, as such, allows it to operate within a legal framework with significant benefits for its members.

For example, the ability to acquire Public Liability Insurance to provide legal indemnity in certain circumstances, and of course, the rights to operate a Licensed Bar for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Our Association

All Pacific Paradise Residents have the opportunity to become members of the Association, which is Incorporated.

It was initially formed following the creation of a Constitution and approval by the Office of Fair Trading.

All Association matters are managed by the Home Owners Committee. (HOC)

The committee is simply a management representative of the Association, but all registered members are an integral part of the Association.

All members have voting rights and the opportunity to provide input and feedback in relation to any matters of concern or benefit to the Community.
